Polaroids
In the early 1990s I began to use Polaroids as references for my large acrylic paintings. I almost discarded them, but instead began experimenting with materials that would stick to the protective plastic overlaying the photo. I found a variety of materials that worked and my Polaroids were transformed.

When I first acquired the iPhone my excitement for the medium of photography reached its peak. I took hundreds of photos and today my library has more than five thousand images worth printing to paper.
